00 · Wrapping up

Your off-boarding, in five steps.

You showed up, contributed, and made the group better for being in it. That matters so much to everyone inside it. Thank you for that. To help you close out properly, please take the five steps below. And if your situation changes down the line, you know where to find me.

  1. Step 01

    Cancel your subscription.

    Required

Your subscription should already be cancelled on our end. Verify in your payments portal so there are no surprise charges next billing cycle.

  2. Step 02

Book a goodbye call with Leo.

    25 min

Twenty-five minutes. Honest feedback on what worked, what didn't, and where you're heading next. This is the single most useful thing you can do for the next member who joins.

  3. Step 03

    Share your feedback.

    5 min

Five minutes. Specific and honest. This is what helps us improve the programme where we need to.

  4. Step 04

    Exit the WhatsApp groups.

    3 groups

Open each group, tap the group name at the top, scroll down, tap "Exit Group". Tick each one off as you leave.

  5. Step 05

    Join the Alumni room.

    Optional

Stay connected with other members who've been part of the Mastermind as well. No pressure to engage but a nice way to stay in touch. Useful when you need a quiet sounding board, or when you'd like one introduction.

Awaiting the first four

A closing note from Leo appears here once the required steps above are complete. Step five is optional and does not need to be ticked.

That's everything, properly done.

You gave the group something useful while you were in it. Thank you for that. I won't pretend the exit is the part I enjoy, but hopefully this make it smooth and easy. The feedback you shared will help the next member, and the goodbye call will hopefully probably teach me a few things. See you there!

If circumstances change, you know where to find me.

Cheers, Leo
